First, the moso bamboo is broken into pieces, and then rough planed to form bamboo slices. Then it is steamed and dried for several hours, and then finely planed to determine the width and thickness. It is processed into 2 mm thick bamboo slices by a slicing machine, processed into cutlery and spoon blanks by self-developed blanking equipment, and finally hot-pressed into tableware of various specifications and shapes.
